Housing providers and websites

Below are links to student housing providers in Lund, Malmö and Helsingborg, as well as municipal and private housing companies in the area. On average a flat has a much longer waiting period than a corridor room. We also provide links to agency websites that give you access to a list of ads for a fee. Please note that the private providers, generally, are more expensive. Many of the municipal providers have long queues. Any flat not let by a student housing provider is likely to be long term, unfurnished and do not include electricity in the rent.

Lund

New GreenhouseNew Greenhouse provides accommodation in Stora Råby outside of Lund. They have around 100 rooms.
SBS Studentbostäder i Sverige AB SBS studentbostäder provides studenthousing in Lund and Malmö among other cities in sweden.
Studenthemmet MicklagårdEvangelical student house in Lund. They provide both apartments and corridor rooms.

Boplats Syd Boplats Syd offers some student housing in Malmö. Malmö is 10-15 minutes away from Lund by train.
Lunds Kommuns Fastighets AB (LKF)LKF is the municipal housing company. It takes a few years to collect enough points in the queue, so it is a good idea to join the queue early to get an apartment at the end of, or after your studies.

Malmö

Malmö is 10 minutes away from Lund by train. In Malmö there are some housing providers that offer student housing.

AltonaAltona is a coliving that offers housing for women between the ages of 20 to 35.
Boplats SydOffers student and other housing in Skåne/Scania, mainly in Malmö. There is a queue. It takes around nine months to get student accommodation.
HemmaHemma publishes housing adverts from private landlords in Malmö. It is run by the student union connected to Malmö University.
Basecamp by XiorBasecamp by Xior offers over 500 student accomodations. The are located in Västra Hamnen in Malmö.
