How long will it take for my ad to be published?
BoPoolen’s administrative staff only work on weekdays. If you created or edited an ad over the weekend or after office hours, please be patient knowing that we will not be able to process your ad until the following Monday or the following day during office hours at the earliest.
Why isn’t my ad visible?
If changes are made to an ad on the website, the ad must be approved again before it can be published.

- Make sure you are logged in
- Go to the ad you like and want to save
- Click on ‘Save ad’ (the button with a star)
- The ad is now saved and can be found under your favourites
Why can’t I find an ad I had saved under ‘My favourites’?
How can I leave a review about another user?
If the ad has been removed you can contact BoPoolen by e-mail to get a link to the profile you want to review. E-mail: bopoolen@lus.lu.se
BoPoolen will screen and approve all reviews before they are published on the website and become visible to all users.
