Draft contracts
We encourage everyone to use the lease agreements provided by BoPoolen.nu. They contain everything that is important to agree on and will help you feel more secure in your tenancy. The contracts are available in both Swedish and English and are ready for you to print and fill out (see the Swedish version of page for contracts in Swedish).
Besides the lease agreements, there are two appendices that we recommend that you use: "List of furniture and fittings" and "Defects and damages in the room/apartment". Fill out and attach to the contract as an easy way of avoiding any conflicts or misunderstandings at the end of the lease period.
